Billing and Invoices
The Hub makes it easy to manage your billing and view invoices.
Viewing Invoices
- Log into Hostdeal Hub
- Click Billing in the main menu
- Select Invoices
Invoice Statuses
- Paid: Invoice has been paid in full
- Unpaid: Payment is due
- Overdue: Payment is past due date
- Void: Invoice has been cancelled
Paying an Invoice
- Click on an unpaid invoice
- Review the charges
- Click Pay Now
- Select your payment method
- Complete the payment
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Account Credit
Auto-Pay Setup
Never miss a payment by setting up auto-pay:
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Add a payment method
- Enable Auto Pay
Your invoices will be automatically paid when due.
Invoice History
All your past invoices are stored in the billing section. You can:
- Download PDF copies
- Print invoices
- View payment history
Billing Notifications
You'll receive email notifications for:
- New invoices generated
- Payment reminders
- Payment confirmations
- Service renewal notices
